Sarah Piretti
Sarah Piretti was born in Sicily, where she graduated in Business Administration at the University of Messina.
After several years of professional accounting and taxation experience in Italy, she moved to London to continue her career in finance.
Her first position was in the finance department at ‘Your Golf Travel’, a leading tour operator specialising in golf holidays.
Her professional experience in the UK grew even further when she moved to Intrust Advisory, a London based accountancy firm with a predominantly Italian client base. She worked alongside UK professionals dealing with both Italian and UK tax regulations whilst gaining experience in international tax law.
Sarah is one of the founders and the Chief Financial Officer at ‘Omnia Advisors’ – a company providing administration services for Italian companies operating in the UK.
As a result of her extensive knowledge and experience in the above areas, Sarah is considered an extremely reliable advisor in both Italy and the UK.
Piero Rocca
Born in Milan in 1962. In 1984 he qualified as Accountant and he is registered in the Register of Chartered Accountants in Milan.
He worked as Chartered Accountant in Italy until 1998 and then, in 1999 he relocated with his family to Spain, where he started working as consultant for several client companies.
Since 2003 he founded several start-up business, managing the financial department of such business, some of which he also co-owned. His love for Italy brought him to start in 2016, with Patrizia La Daga and Daniele Viganò, the project “ItalianiOvunque.com, a website aiming to promote Italian excellence around the world.
Since 2014 he has been working on new enterprises in the UK, such as Coinshare, the first cash back platform in Blockchain in Italy.
He is currently developing Omnia Advisors, a consultancy firm based both in Spain and in UK.
Alberto Ferlin
He graduated in Business and Economy at Ca’ Foscari University in Venice, he is qualified chartered accountant and auditor in Italy.
After few years working for one of the big four, in 2008 he founded the professional firm Ferlin Tiozzo & Associati. He is a consultant, working with big companies in different markets, including fashion, credit institutions, private equity and capital markets, food, distribution and real estate.
He gained a vast expertise, both in Italy and abroad, in M&A, Corporate finance and private equity.
He is also an investment strategy advisor and he advised on hedge funds foundation.
He is member of the Board of Directors and Boards of Statutory Auditors in several companies.
He is also speaker at International Tax Law Conferences and, he is member of the International Fiscal Association (IFA).
In 2018, he is one of the founders of the Rocket Enterprise Ltd group.
Daniele Viganò
Born in Milan in 1964, he is an entrepreneur with a degree in Chemistry, passionate for innovation, training and personal growth.
Over the last 25 years, he invested in the pharmaceutical, real estate, food and utility markets, founding successful companies worldwide.
Due to his passion in training, he founded the Daniele Viganò Academy. He also wrote a book, called “7 giorni per volare” published by Sperling & Kupfer. The book has been sold in several countries including Spain, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Ecuador and all of Latin America.
Luigi Maisto
Born in 1970 near Caserta in Italy, Luigi is an entrepreneur with a focus on innovation and trendsetting.
After graduated in International trade and Currency markets, he started his first enterprise informatics hardware.
From 1995 he worked in management, development and training of commercial networks.
Through his network of companies, he commercialised around 8 million of products and services, helping over 300.000 people to improve their businesses.
He is Co-Founder of Rocket Enterprise Ltd group, which has shares in companies, such as Coinshare, Rocket, Dva, Easy4cloud and Microbees.
He is currently focused on Coinshare project development www.coin-share.com, being an expert in Blockchain and digital currency.
